National Cargo Bureau, Inc. performs surveys of cargo which is transported by Ro-Ro vessels.

• Inspecting current condition of the cargo.

• Inspecting the Cargo Transport Unit.

• Investigation into cause of the incident.

• Monitor and document any response, mitigation and clean up by Emergency Response providers.

• Liaise with U.S. Coast Guard when required for release of containers or cargo on Coast Guard hold.
