Damage Stability – Distance Learning

National Cargo Bureau is pleased to offer a practical and through course in Damage Stability in the form of a U.S. Coast Guard-approved correspondence course.  The course consists of eight (8) modules, each with their own examination questions.

The course is a continuation of National Cargo Bureau’s Ship’s Stability course and it is assumed that the user has an appropriate understanding of ship’s stability.  As such, it is recommended that the Ship’s Stability course be taken first or equivalent training be obtained,

Each work assignment is submitted to National Cargo Bureau upon completion.  After review, the graded assignment is returned to the student with appropriate comments.  Upon satisfactory completion of the course, a certificate is issued.

How to buy and pricing

The price of the course is USD 550. Shipping fees will be charged at cost.

A bank service charge of USD 50 will be added for all checks drawn on foreign banks or submitted in foreign funds.Additional fees will be charged for handling on course material being mailed outside of the United States.
