The National Cargo Bureau (NCB) General Information for Grain Loading booklet is a compilation of information on the safe loading and stowage of bulk grain and includes the following:

The booklet is intended as a handy reference for Ship’s Masters, Deck Officers, Surveyors, and other members of the maritime community involved in the loading of bulk grain on ocean going vessels.

The original edition published back in 1994 has been revised and updated several times over the past 30 years, with the latest edition being revised in 2024.
